ASEM Navarro is an urban artist who combines his career as a Graffiti writer with his career as an Illustrator, seeking a balance between the strength of urban art and the temperance of more artisanal Illustration, creating a contrast full of energy, where he reflects his emotions and experiences.

Active in Graffiti since the late 90s, his art has evolved, specializing in the field of portraiture, without losing the roots of his origins, working on his unique urban writing. He studied graphic design working in several advertising agencies until he graduated professionally in the field of Illustration, since which time he has worked on different corporate and artistic projects. His work is characterized by its movement and expressiveness, with character and personality in each of its strokes.

ASEM, whose meaning is Angela-Always-In-Me, is the acronym that I use artistically, a mantra that I use to perpetuate the memory of my mother, who has gifted me with the love and passion for art. Through my style, I try to combine the contrast between the classic and the contemporary, constantly drawing, recapitulating ideas in a visceral and spontaneous way, learning and evolving to give my best in each work.
