As a print-on-demand business, each product is custom-made based on your order specifications, including designs, colors, and sizes. Due to the custom nature of these items:

• No Stock: We do not hold items in stock; each order is made specifically for you.
• Designs and Colors: We make every effort to display products accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

4. Order Process

To place an order:

• 1. Choose Products: Select desired designs, sizes, and specifications.
• 2. Review Order: Ensure all details are correct, as orders cannot be modified once production begins.
• 3. Payment: Full payment is required to process your order. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Stripe, transfers
• Order Cancellations: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Once the production process begins, the item is customized specifically for you, making it non-refundable and non-cancelable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes: Applicable sales tax or VAT will be added during checkout, as required by law. Taxes vary depending on the country of purchase.
• Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and your payment details are not stored by us.
• Prices are in USD. If you buy in UE, it will be converted to Euros

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
• Delivery Time: Production time varies based on the item and season. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, we will help you resolve any shipping issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• There is a significant discrepancy between your order and the received item.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
